Welcome to C.A.M.P.!

We are a faith-based, nondenominational, non-profit organization that relies on the resources and volunteers of the community to help those who have fallen on hard times or face a crisis.

Board position opening - We are recruiting new board member. If you are interest, please attend the annual meeting or see a current board member.
Our Annual Meeting is Monday Nov. 21 7 pm in the Farmersville Village Council room on Walnut St. Everyone Welcome!

Volunteers Needed

Join the C.A.M.P. volunteers who are trained as counselors of the Ohio Benefit Bank and help local people apply for public assistance programs and file simple taxes.

Benefit Bank volunteers use a specially-designed online system to assess clients’ eligibility for public benefit programs like food stamps, childcare subsidies and home energy assistance, and provide completed applications for these programs. Benefit Bank volunteers can also be trained to do simple taxes for low income families and seniors.

Volunteers are provided with all the equipment needed (computers, printer, internet access), with appointments held locally. Eight hours of Benefit Bank training is provided free to help new volunteers become comfortable with the online system.

If you are a computer-savvy adult (18 and older), please consider volunteering. All appointments are held locally.
